Welcome to EquuSpeak™, a proprietary application owned and operated by Equine Wisdom Institute™. By purchasing a subscription and accessing the EquuSpeak™ app, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Subscription Access
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the EquuSpeak™ application for your personal use only.
Access is provided only to individuals who have completed payment through an authorized checkout process. Accounts created without valid payment authorization may be suspended or terminated without notice. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Sharing login access is strictly prohibited.
2. Intellectual Property
All content within the EquuSpeak™ app — including but not limited to:
-The Equine Communication Charts™
-Emotional and somatic mapping frameworks
-Written content
-Diagrams
-Prompts and facilitation language
-Training materials
-Design elements and proprietary methodology
are the exclusive intellectual property of Equine Wisdom Institute™ and Amanda Held.
You may not:
-Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell any part of the content
-Share screenshots or downloadable materials publicly
-Teach, certify, or train others using the materials without written permission
-Reverse engineer or replicate the EquuSpeak™ methodology
-Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.
3. Educational Disclaimer
EquuSpeak™ is an educational and personal development tool.
It is not:
-Medical advice
-Veterinary advice
-Mental health treatment
-A substitute for professional diagnosis or therapy
You are solely responsible for how you interpret and apply the information provided within the app. Always consult qualified medical, veterinary, or mental health professionals when appropriate.
4. Subscription Term & Billing
Your EquuSpeak™ membership is a monthly subscription commitment beginning on the date of purchase. By enrolling, you agree to be billed monthly until the subscription is cancelled by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation will stop future billing, and access will remain active through the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods or unused time.
If payment is declined or reversed during the subscription term, access may be suspended until the account is brought current. Equine Wisdom Institute™ reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing with reasonable notice prior to renewal.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:
-Payment fails or is reversed
-You violate these Terms
-You attempt to copy, distribute, or misuse proprietary content
-You engage in harmful, abusive, or unlawful conduct within the platform
Upon termination, all access rights immediately cease.
6. Data & Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal data collected for account access and subscription management is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Your personal reflections entered into the app remain private and are not shared publicly. We may collect anonymized usage data to improve functionality and performance.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Equine Wisdom Institute™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app. Use of EquuSpeak™ is at your own discretion and responsibility.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
